In our world, the unknown is part of the job. Marketing technology in betting and gaming moves fast, and problems rarely arrive neatly packaged. We need someone who is comfortable jumping into the deep end, analysing fast, engineering smart solutions, and validating them properly.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving real problems in real production environments - not just talking about them.
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or marketing technology environments - ideally in sports betting, gaming, casino, or a similar high-scale digital environment.
- Has strong hands-on SQL skills and real experience working with Snowflake and large data environments.
- Understands tracking infrastructure in depth - including postbacks, pixels, server-side tracking and attribution logic.
- Has worked closely with developers and feels confident discussing APIs, backend events and data flows.
- Has experience managing sprints or structured delivery processes and writing clear technical protocols.
- Thinks in solutions, not in problems and is comfortable working when things are not fully defined, turning them into practical, efficient and validated outcomes.
- Is naturally curious, detail-oriented and unwilling to “leave things almost right”.
- Measures delivery, owns accountability and pushes for continuous optimisation.
